Bought this jacket for flight travel. Just recently went to Vietnam Cambodia and Thailand from Colorado. Needed a light weight jacket and this was absolutely perfect for it. Wore it the entire flight which was over 20 hours. Very comfortable and kept me just at the right temperature. Price was a bit steep I can not lie but outside that its 10/10
This jacket was exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight but still warm, fits perfectly and its packable!
Not a fan of the long flap in back like you find on a cycling jacket. I think it looks a little goofy in daily wear. Its also a slim fit. You definitely need to go up one size if you don’t wear slim fit cloths. Finally, at $199 I think it is over priced. If the material was rip-stop or waterproof, i would consider it a reasonably price.
I like it so much that I lost weight and bought it again.
Yes, it’s priced a bit high. But it is extremely comfortable, functional, fits perfectly (if between sizes, go with on the larger size up), and IMO, stylish (in a minimalist way). I was skeptical with all the positive reviews, but Nomatic really nailed this one. It also seems to de-wrinkle pretty well after having it folded up for a while.
Note: I originally bought the non-hoodie version, but it came damaged (looked like someone took a box cutter to the package and sliced up the jacket). Nomatic support was great and sent another one, but I asked for the hoodie version this time. The hoodie adds a lot more functionality IMO, as it can serve as a wind/rain cover for my bald head but also just some added warmth when needed.
