Returns & Exchanges
What is your return or exchange policy?
All items purchased on our website (except final sale or clearance items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached.
What condition do items need to be in?
Returns are inspected upon arrival. If items are used, damaged, or not in restockable condition, NOMATIC reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the product’s condition.
How do I start a return?
Click here to initiate your return. Once your request is submitted, a prepaid return label will be emailed for U.S. orders. International customers must cover return shipping and use a carrier of their choice. Include the provided packing slip inside the package and ship to:

How can I make an exchange?
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. For a different product, we recommend selecting store credit during your return—you’ll receive a digital gift card to use anytime at nomatic.com.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- U.S. customers: A prepaid return label is provided. If Return/Shipping Protection wasn’t selected at checkout, return shipping costs (typically $10–$15 for backpacks and bags) will be deducted from your refund.
- International customers: You are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and import fees.
Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?
Return shipping is free for eligible same-item or different-size exchanges in select regions. Outbound shipping and any applicable import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Is shipping protection refundable?
Shipping protection purchased at checkout is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Are original shipping costs and customs duties refundable?
Original shipping charges, shipping insurance, and customs duties are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
We require the original order number to process any return. Please contact the gift giver for this information. To request store credit instead of a refund, email info@nomatic.com before starting your return so we can ensure communication is sent to the correct recipient.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
Contact our team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement and provide return instructions if necessary.
Orders
Our team works as quickly as possible to get your order shipped once you place your order. Once an order is placed, we are not able to change delivery addresses or hold orders.
If you need to change your delivery address or hold the shipment, please feel free to manage your delivery through the courier's website.

Get peace of mind with the NOMATIC Delivery Guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. You can file a claim for your order here
Sometimes carriers may accidentally mark a shipment as delivered, even though you haven't received your shipment yet. In this case, allow 24 additional hours for the order to be delivered. Packages may say delivered up to 2 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours you still haven't received your order, please file a lost shipment claim here.
For products purchased through an approved NOMATIC dealer, we offer a lifetime warranty as long as the products are registered within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery & Shipping
NOMATIC offers free economy shipping to the 48 contiguous states for orders over $49.
For orders under $49 or outside of the contiguous US, all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location.
It can take 1-3 business days to process orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order.
Unfortunately, due to a trademark issue, we are no longer able to sell our products in Europe under the NOMATIC brand name. So we created our new European brand, GOMATIC. It's the same great products with a brand new name.
GOMATIC currently services the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic,

If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees. These fees are not calculated at checkout and customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, duty, and tax fees.

Product Information
NOMATIC products are designed in Salt Lake City, Utah and proudly manufactured in the Philippines and China
All NOMATIC products are made with synthetic materials with no animal products. The only exception is the original NOMATIC wallet with a leather pull tab. Alternatively, we have created the V2 line of wallets with pull tabs composed of synthetic material.
The entire Outset Collection can be washed in in cold water with similar colors. The Eco-friendly DWR water resistant coating will fade overtime with each wash and we recommend line drying the gear in shade.
Points & promotions
To redeem points, make sure you are logged into your account. You can log in here. Once you are logged in, add your favorite products to your cart. Proceed to checkout and continue to the payment method page. On the payment page, you will see an option to apply points towards your purchase. Once points are applied, the discount will be deducted from your order total.

- Only 400 points can be redeemed per order
